WMF11
Join us for the 11th edition of Windcraft Music Fest, returning to Katydata on 25-27 July 2025 fresher, more vibrant, and more exciting than ever before!
This year, wind instruments once again take the lead, offering an unforgettable weekend of music, connection, and celebration—where tradition and modernity beautifully converge.
What to expect?
Two days with an international line-up featuring exceptional musicians and unique artistic collaborations.
One extra day celebrating community vibes with a brass party and more acts all over the village, with free admission.
An exciting interactive programme with workshops, screenings, walks, and immersive activities for all ages.

What will you listen to?
Prepare for an eclectic blend of mesmerizing sounds: jazz interwoven with Middle Eastern melodies, contemporary music enriched by folk traditions, and a fusion of acoustic and electronic elements.
Enjoy Bulgarian voices and flutes layered over electronic beats and drones, electrifying grooves, and experimental soundscapes.
Experience the innovative mix of beatboxing and woodwinds paired with dance and movement, alongside the organic warmth of brass and traditional wind instruments calling you to the dancefloor. Music will fill the air at sunset, and jam sessions will keep the energy alive into the midnight hours—and that's not all!
Get Involved!
As always, you’re invited to actively participate in the music-making process through a range of free workshops and activities.
Take part in a 3-day seminar for wind players and percussionists gearing up for the brass party, dive into seminars exploring global jazz, Bulgarian music, and beatboxing, or discover how to create a pithkiavli-flute in a hands-on demonstration. Experience collective improvisation and engage with an interactive audio-visual art installation to help co-create stunning, ever-changing sound and lightscapes.
For those seeking even more creative inspiration, we offer a variety of artistic activities, including a creative writing workshop, handicrafts, and sound and drawing experimentations for kids.
If you’re looking to relax or have fun, lay back and watch short films, enjoy morning yoga sessions, explore the village through a scavenger hunt, play a different kind of tombola, or simply unwind with a refreshing drink and delicious bite.
Mark your calendars for 25-27 July, and get ready for an unforgettable weekend at Windcraft Music Fest!
